A couple of things to keep in mind when submitting a withdrawal request:

• Withdrawals may be processed as refunds of your original deposits to the original method of payment used in the game. Please be sure to check the appropriate accounts to see if you've already received your withdrawal!
• Withdrawals are processed within 14 days, but usually, players receive the funds within 2 business days. 
• Only one withdrawal can be made at a time.
